Privacy Statement

We do not sell, rent or lend to anyone any of our member lists, names or addresses. The CITISLICKER family (CS) recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy of all information provided by members of CS and users of our related websites. We created the following policy guidelines with a fundamental respect for our users' and members' right to privacy to guide our relationships.

Information Collected by CS

CS collects information about users and members during their participation in certain activities on our websites, including, but not limited to, contests, polls, membership enrollment, and orders. In all cases, users and members provide voluntary information about themselves. We do not collect personal information during web page requests.

Use of Information

CS will not reveal any personal information that users and members provide to us to any third party without their permission. We do use the information to gather broad demographic information in general. This information does not contain anything that can identify users or members personally. We may combine demographic information to provide profiles, in aggregate form, about our users and members and their preferences. We may share this composite information with our advertisers and associates to help them better understand our services, but CS does not give information about individual users.

Using e-mail and postal mail addresses provided by users and members, CS periodically sends out newsletters and promotional materials about services and products offered by CS and its advertisers, associates and members. Users can indicate that they do not wish to receive e-mail or postal mail information from CS or its advertisers. Third parties will not contact our users through the use of our lists except through advertisements within our newsletters and websites.

Upon request, CS will remove users and members (and their information) from our database or permit them to "opt-out" of any further newsletters or contacts.

Although CS does not specifically seek to obtain any information from children, there is nothing to stop them from registering their information. We urge children only to give us any information after they have discussed it with their parents.

General

CS is not responsible for the content or the privacy polices of websites to which it may provide links or the websites of its advertisers. CS uses reasonable precautions to keep the personal information disclosed to us secure and to disclose such information only to responsible third parties after we receive permission from the user or member. Disclosure Policy

CS accepts forms of cash advertising, sponsorship, paid insertions or other forms of compensation. The compensation received does not influence the advertising content, topics or reviews made by us or our users. That advertising space or post may not always be identified as paid or sponsored content.

CS and its owners or users are not compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. The reviews and opinions expressed by users are purely that of the individual user. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the entity provider.
